REFUND POLICY - KAVITA BEAUTY

1. General Policy

All services provided by Kavita Beauty are non-refundable.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

2. Deposits (if applicable)

Deposits are non-refundable
Deposits may be transferred if at least 24 hours’ notice is given to reschedule
Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment
Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled once
Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded

4. Treatment Results

Results vary from person to person
We do not guarantee specific outcomes
Dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund

However, if you have concerns, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a correction.

5. Corrective Treatments

In some cases, a corrective treatment may be offered at no additional cost
This is assessed on a case-by-case basis
Corrective treatments will not be offered where aftercare advice has not been followed

6. Prepaid Packages & Courses

All packages and courses are non-refundable
Packages must be used within the specified validity period
Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable

7. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Expiry dates apply
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where:

A service cannot be delivered due to a fault on our side
A medical issue arises that prevents treatment (proof may be required)

9. Right to Refuse Service

Kavita Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if terms are breached. No refund will be issued in such cases.
